Well it's getting close to mid January and I was yet to make my first christmas card after vowing to keep up with last years resolution to try and make at least one christmas card a week, it certainly lifted the pressure come December. So here it is, my first christmas card for 2010...
It covers two christmas challenges....
Bah! Humbug! - Recycle
ABC Christmas Challenge - A is for Angel and to include charms or beads
The recycled items I have used are, the foil embossed card, the bow and the sentiment, all were taken from 'commercial' xmas cards recieved. And for the ABC challenge the image is an Angel and I have used three flower beads.
RECIPE
Stamp - Lili of the Valley
Colouring Mediums - Copics, Promarkers and Sakura Stardust (applied with a waterbrush)
Embossed Background - White card embossed with Swiss Dots using my bug
Sentiment, bow and foil embossed card all recycled
Other Embellishments - Flower Beads from stash

What a great resolution, to make a Christmas Card each week, good luck with it. Love this first one you've made and so interesting how you've recycled from older cards. I kept all mine this year and perhaps I shall get them out and take a good look to see how I can 'recycle' them into 2010 cards. Off to look more at your blog, this is my first visit and I'm lovin' it.
