Some Awards & A Sneek Peek

I've recieved some lovely awards over the past week.

I recieved both of the above awards from two lovely ladies Poppy and Lorraine, thank you to you both, they are very much appreciated. I've recieved and passed on the second award a couple of times so I will just pass on the first award 'Inspiration Award' and the rules are....

Please take with love from me ladies. Now an interesting fact that no one knows about me...hmmm, tricky one this one....

I have a fear of dolls, I don't know why. I'm not too bad if they are dolls of babies or even some rag dolls, but anything like Barbie eeeughh, give me shivers. But the worst are the old fashioned dolls with porcelain faces.

Now a bit about this award...

"The Renee Award was created by Bella (bellasinclair.blogspot.com) and Ces (cesandherdishes.blogspot.com) who wanted to show appreciation of the impact their friend Renee made on their lives. This award is meant, according to Bella, to be given to those that, like Renee, are like "the acorn, a small package becoming a tall and sturdy oak giving more acorns, becoming tall and sturdy oaks, giving acorns…"."In Celtic mythology, the oak was the tree of doors, a gateway between worlds. So, I am passing this on to other artists that have inspired me with their art and their kindness in my growth as a papercrafting artist."

What a wonderful award, I really couldn't nominate this to anyone personally as I think this depicts everyone who takes the time to visit me and leave their encouraging comments. Bloggers are full of kindess, and so much of my inspiration is drawn from you guys in the blog world. So I hope no one is seeing this as being lazy for not nominating, but I truely want to pass this award on to each and everyone of you. So please don't be shy, take this award with love from me and spread the message of the acorn.
