Lincoln Christmas Market

Had a totally craft free day today, not that I can really afford one, but we had a lovely day in Lincoln at this years christmas market. We go on the Friday of the market every year with some friends. It's so christmassy and very traditional with most stall holders dressed in victorian clothing and christmas carols being piped out of the speakers. This year is the best it's been in a few years as they seem to have done away with the 'tacky' stalls. Sadly the market was no where near as busy as normal, a sad sign of the current credit crunch I think. The weather was kind and though pretty chilly, this just added to the christmas atmosphere and a good exscuse for a hot mulled wine or my favourite hot chocolate with baileys.
And to finish off a pleasant day, when we got home I had a package from Funky Kits with my new stamps, so guess what I'll be playing with tomorrow?

Hope everyone has a good weekend xxx
