ABC Challenge ~ A

This is my first entry for the ABC Challenge, I'd been waiting for the letter A to start and join in from there.

A is for Anniversary.

I cut out the hearts using the Fiskars shapecutter and layered using purple and pearlescent card and patterned paper from Kanban. I made the base card 6 x 6 then layered the hearts on to it, then very carfully cut the base card around the top of the hearts. Added a piece of the patterned paper across the bottom with a peel-off sentiment, mounted onto purple and silver card with a lilac and silver ribbon running through. To finish I've added a silver fabric flower and lilac paper roses and some peel-off clear hearts and silver outline to the hearts. I've been trying to move away from peel-off sentiments but as I am without printer at the moment, I didn't have much choice, but I think the silver is perfect with the lilac.
