Sketch Saturday #38

I loved the sketch this week over on Sketch Saturday.




The image is a digi-stamp by the talented Chris Dark available from here. I've coloured using silver metallic and black stardust sakura pens applied with a waterbrush, and straight from the pen on some detail. Cut all the circles using Fiskars shapecutter. Inked up most of the edges including the base card with black. The background is plain black paper from my stash, the stripey paper I designed myself on the PC and the shimmering grey card is from my scraps stash and I've just creased some random lines down it using and lightly brushed over them with black ink. The sentiment was done on the PC. Added a button with black cord threaded through it, onto a disc of the stripey paper. Personalised the number plate with our nephew's name, his surname is Cross so the 'X' represents this, it's for his birthday in April from his nana. Below is this weeks sketch to follow:
